I am forever young.
There I’ve said it!
I have no intentions of getting old.
I will remain forever young.
I’ve said it again, and so it is done!
Sounds crazy? Perhaps it does, depending on your beliefs.
You may think it’s normal to wake up everyday and ingest tons of animal products, slather gobs of toxic chemicals all over your body, live and work in a stressful environment, zone out on mind-deadening television programs, or drink a toxic alcoholic beverage (or two) that have no business being in your body. If so, then yes you are absolutely right. Everyone gets old and I am absolutely crazy.
Many of us grow up to believe that the older we get in life, the more we will age, the more our bodies will slow down, the more grays and wrinkles we will inherit, the more we will sag, the wider our waistlines will grow, the more our healths will decline, and so on a so forth…
Well I’m here to tell you otherwise. Vitality is all based on your own personal belief. If you believe that you are destined to get old and get sick, if you believe that it is normal to get old and get sick, then as our beautiful universe always says, “Your wish is my command, my love.”
Our beliefs is what drives us and dictates what we do in life and how we treat our bodies.
I am 38 years old, mother of 3 young male adults, and I look and feel better than I did when I was 22 years old (sans plastic surgery, botox, supplements, etc.). What’s my secret, you ask? Well it starts with my original decision. I will remain forever young. I say it and mean it with conviction and therefore it is. It is the program running in the background of my mind and my life and therefore my decisions are based on that.
I will not go into the details of what I actually do (or don’t do) to stay young in this post. I could share so many tips and advice until you are blue in the face, but if you don’t have the belief that aging is a choice, aging is preventable, and naturally reversible, then it would be all in vain.
I am introducing this idea, that it is not normal for us to age. It truly all starts in the mind, in the beliefs created. So believeth well my friend.
And so I will say it again.
We are not preordained to grow old or sick. It is not a birthright. It is not our destiny. It is not normal. It is not natural. It is not meant to be.
Aging is a choice.
What do you choose in this lifetime?
